even it was already six years after graduation, Foon Yew High School is still a memory-filled place where we visit it at least once a year to reminisce the good old times.. August is definitely the best time to go back because it's a month full of anniversary celebrations!! there will be activities like (1) charity food sale where each class will get to set up their own stall selling foods gotten from various sources, be it homecook foods or commercial products. (2) 师生义演 where classes whose total donation raised reaches certain amount get to do a performance in front of all students from the same cohort. the performance can be carried out in whatever way you want as long as it conforms to the rules stated. speaking of this 师生义演, it had definitely left unforgettable memories in our heart :) u know, even though the performance could be really rojak and totally meaningless, we did had so much fun during the practice and the actual performance!!! yea we practised for it -_-
apart from this there are many other mini activities going on in every corners of the school. awwwwwww in other words it's just like a carnival during which rules are set aside and discipline master keeps one of his eye closed :D it's all about fun and happy!
